Tina Chhabra earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016 from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy before completing a post-doctoral fellowship in regulatory sciences and safety and benefit-risk management through the MCPHS University Biopharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program at Biogen, Inc.

She was selected for the 2018-2019 ACCP/ASHP/VCU Congressional Healthcare Policy Fellow Program. She obtained placement in the office of Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and worked on a variety of legislative and health care policy issues.
